Baby Sign this Friday!
Baby Sign with Dawn Cummings is every Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. This free program focuses on basic signs to help teach your little one to communicate. Babies, toddlers, preschoolers and their parents or caregivers are all welcome!

New Art Class!
We have been having such a good time with the new Art Class, led by Kathy Smith!
Art Class is for children aged 9 or older and is held on the first and third Thursdays of every month. Next class is December 17th at 4:00 p.m! We hope to see you there. =)

Future Friday Friends Having a BLAST!
Oh my gosh, we have been having such a blast at Future Friday Friends & Kids Club!
We make our OWN snacks, follow directions and work as a group! =)
We made rainbow 'nanners!
We painted pumpkins for Halloween! They turned out so AWESOME!
Here's a rainbow we painted all together as a group. We had to work as a team which was hard but WE DID IT!
Hanging out with friends is the best. =)
Future Friday Friends/Kids Club is a FREE program for ages 5 - 12 hosted by Carol AnCel. We do seasonal activities, work on following directions, make our own snacks and learn to work as a group. Sometimes our group leader sneaks in educational activities too. =)

Friday Friends is our adult group - last month we hung out AND helped the playhouse by helping paint the centerpieces for our upcoming Fashion Show fund raiser!

Skill Builders THIS SATURDAY!

SKILL BUILDING!
Skill Builders with teacher Carrie Lucas is held on the third Saturday of every month. This is an ALL AGES, FREE program. If you see a skill you’d like your child to work on, come on in!
Sessions are held at the McHenry Playhouse, 1720 N Richmond Rd. RSVP to Carrie Lucas by calling (815) 385 – 7529.
- Story Time: The Old Witch and the Polka Dot Ribbon
- Math: Making a fall math coloring book. Counting, sorting and using patterns.
- Handwriting: Practice D’Nelean print and script for vowels.
- Spelling/Writing: Practice spelling fall words by writing a shared Halloween story.
- Craft: Make foam squirrel magnets and Halloween mobiles
